Ingredients:
1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp of olive oil
Create the mixture and apply it to wet hair. Be sure to use cool water during the whole process. Apply mix to hair and leave it on for 1-3 hours and inside a shower cap. Then, rinse, shampoo, and condition.
If you have purchased an at home facial steamer, you can use this, or a pot of hot water. Use essential oils, rose or jasmine. Drop a couple of drops into the water. Then, bring your face close enough to the steam, safely. Wrap a towel over the back of your head to keep the steam from escaping the sides and sit for ten minutes.
If you are feeling a little sluggish or tired and want an all natural pick me up. Try peppermint essential oil. I add a couple of drops to the corner of my gym towel before workouts. The smell is invigorating, lightens my senses, and even clears my head. I have suffered from allergies over the years and this relieves that forehead pressure some too.
