Meal Supplements and Vitamins

Three full meals a day and a meal replacement in between each one. The other oils are amazing to add in too.

Aromatherapy:
Energize with Peppermint

If you are feeling a little sluggish or tired and want an all natural pick me up. Try peppermint essential oil. Add a couple of drops to the corner of your gym towel before workouts. The smell can invigorate, lighten the senses, and clear the head.

Fruits

What better way to boost your fertility than by eating fresh fruits, yum. Add 3-4 servings a day of raspberries, blueberries, pomegranate, strawberries, oranges, and even grapefruit, pineapple, mangos, or papaya.

Coconut Water

Hydration with some coconut water. It's also full of antioxidants and cholesterol-lowering properties.

Liquids

If you are public speaking or up for the next American Idol, the vocal chords should be ready for it. Try gargling warm water mixed with 1/4 tsp of baking soda each morning, drink decaf licorice tea, and room temperature water.
